MOSSLING PREORDER INSTRUCTIONS

Dear friends,

Thank you for your interest in the mosslings! Here is all the info and instructions you must follow if you want to join the upcoming preorder. Please, read them carefully before purchasing your doll!

PRE-ORDER DATE:

From 4th of October at 19:00 PM (Spanish Winter timezone, GMT +1) to 11th of October at 21:00 PM (GMT +1).

The mossling is a fantasy BJD pet. It has 8cm of height (around 3 inches). His 5 faceplates with different expressions, as well as his poseable ears, make him a very versatile option for photography and photostories. This pet wears 8mm eyes, he also has simple joints in his elbows, and each doll is made in two resin colors:

This batch of mosslings will be casted in resin by Haru Casting company. The casting process takes some time, which could last up to 6 months, and the deadline could vary, specially now with the covid-19 struggle; please, keep this in mind before joining the pre-order.

 

The color schemes for this pre order will be Spring and Autumn (non limited ones), in new shades of resin from Haru Casting chart (the colors could slightly vary due to each screen settings):

PRICE:

The price of the mosslings is 260€ + shipping costs. This price includes:

 

-1 Mossling (no face up) with 5 faceplates

-Acrylic eyes (1 pair, random color)

-Protective bag and box

-Certificate of Authenticity

SPECIAL OFFER - DRESS IT UP!

This time, the 10 first customers ordering a mossling will get FOR FREE, as a gift, one outfit from Eternal Dolls for their mossling. If you are one of the lucky ones, you will receive an e-mail asking your choice for their clothes. You will be able to choose between a dress or an overall, in one of the following fabric options:

PAYMENT METHOD:

Payments will be made only through PayPal (you will receive a payment order from PayPal each month, and you just will need to confirm the payment).

 

IMPORTANT: At the moment of placing the first installment, the customers agree the usual conditions of a pre-order:

1) In case a customer decided to cancel the purchase, none of the installments will be reimbursed, since these payments will be used to fund the casting process. Only in the case that the pre-order was cancelled (because of justifiable technical problems from the casting company, or not having reached the minimum amount of orders to proceed to the casting process), the payments will be refunded.

2) The non-fulfillment or delay of any of the payments will be considered as a cancellation of the purchase from the customer (in case of unexpected problems that can affect the payment, please contact with us to see what can we do, BEFORE reaching the deadline of the next payment).

3) The dolls are NOT in stock, and their production time depends on the casting company and may vary. Goblin Tales is commited to send the dolls to their owners as soon as they are resin casted and their quality is checked.

LAYAWAY PLAN:

It will be possible to ask for a layaway plan, if needed:

-Up to 2 installments, for 1 single mossling

-Up to 4 installments, for two mosslings

-More than 4 installments, for a purchase of 3 or more mosslings.

2 installments layaway:

– 1st payment: 50% of the total cost (doll + shipping), within 5 days after placing the order.

– 2nd payment: 50%, one month after the date of the first installment.

3 installments layaway:

– 1st payment: 40% of the total cost (dolls + shipping), within 5 days after placing the order.

– 2nd payment: 30%, one month after the date of the first installment.

– 3rd payment: 30%, one month after the date of the second installment.

4 installments layaway:

– 1st payment: 25% of the total cost (dolls + shipping), within 5 days after placing the order.

– 2nd payment: 25%, one month after the date of the first installment.

– 3rd payment: 25%, one month after the date of the second installment.

– 4rd payment: 25%, one month after from the date of the third installment.

More than 4 installments (3 or more mosslings):
-Ask for a special layaway plan.

*Concerning shipping address: Some of you have been asking if we offer face ups. We don't, but if you are planning to commission a face up artist, you can ask us to send your mossling directly to him/her, instead of your home. If that's the case, in the order form, instead of your address, just tell us "waiting for face up". But let us know your country. We will calculate your price with shipping costs to your own country in order to start placing the payments, and when the dolls are paid and ready to be shipped, we will ask you again the final address. If you live, for example, in the US (the most expensive shipping costs) but your face up artist lives nearer (in Spain or within the EU), we will reimburse you the shipping costs difference, and we will send the doll to the face up artist (the price of the face up and the shipping costs from the artist to your home doesn't depend of Goblin Tales, but the face up artist).

Always after having paid the last installment, the dolls will be sent to their homes as soon as they are resin casted. This time could last up to six months, and it could vary slightly due to issues that don't depend on Goblin Tales. The owners of the dolls will be informed of any news throughout all the process.

We will personally check all the dolls as they come from the factory, but if you find any problem when you receive your doll (any broken parts, wrong color, etc) that could be responsability of Goblin Tales, you must contact us within the next 2 working days after receiving the package.
