COLORES Y PRECIO:

Willow será casteada en resina por la compañía Haru Casting, en Corea; en su cuenta de Flickr (https://www.flickr.com/photos/harucasting) se podrá seguir paso a paso el proceso de casteado.

Los colores disponibles para este pre-order figuran en la carta de colores de Haru Casting, y son*:

Violet white: 305€

Light Tan: 355€

 *El color podría variar ligeramente debido a la configuración de su monitor

(Nota: La producción en estos tres colores depende en gran medida de la elección de los clientes durante el período de pre-pedido. Si alguno de los colores no suscita interés, no será producido en resina)

Estos precios para los gastos de envío incluyen un seguro por el valor de la muñeca.

MÉTODO DE PAGO:

El pago se hará exclusivamente a través de PayPal, y será posible efectuar un pago en dos plazos, si así se desea:

-Primer pago: 50% del coste total (muñeca + envío), durante los 5 días siguientes a que se efectúe el pedido.

– Segundo pago: el 50% restante, a los 31 días de haber efectuado el primer pago.

También será posible un plan de pago en tres plazos, si fuese necesario (por favor, especifíquelo en el formulario de pedido).

AVISO IMPORTANTE

El incumplimiento de cualquiera los pagos será considerado una cancelación de la compra. Ninguno de los pagos será reembolsado*, ya que el dinero del pre-pedido irá destinado a la compañía de casteo. Por favor, tenga esto en cuenta antes de comprometerse a comprar la muñeca.

* Ningún pago será devuelto, excepto si el pedido fuera cancelado por no llegar a un mínimo de 10 muñecas, que es lo que pide la compañía para proceder al casteado. En tal caso, se devolverá el dinero.

 Las muñecas serán enviadas entre 3 y 4 meses después del pre-pedido aproximadamente. La fecha del envío está sujeta a cambios y puede variar dependiendo de una serie de circunstancias, así que, por favor, sea paciente si se produce algún cambio en los plazos. En cualquier caso, será informado/a a lo largo de todo el proceso.

Revisaré personalmente cada muñeca antes de enviarla cuando sean casteadas, pero si cuando usted la reciba detecta algún problema (alguna pieza rota, color incorrecto, etc.), póngase en contacto conmigo en los siguientes 2 días después de recibir el paquete.

Willow will be casted by Haru Casting Factory; in their Flickr account you will be able to see all the casting process.

The colors available for this pre-order, according to the color chart from Haru Casting, are*:

*The real color may be slightly different due to monitor settings

(Note: The production of these three colors depends on the customers choices during the pre-order. In case one of these colors wasn’t interesting for the customers at all, it won’t be produced)

 PAYMENT METHOD:

The payment will be made only through PayPal, and it will be possible to do a layaway (2 installments):

– 1st payment: 50% of the total cost (doll + shipping), within 5 days after placing the order.

IMPORTANT ADVERTISEMENT:

The non-fulfillment of any of the payments will be considered as a cancellation of the purchase. None of the payments will be reimbursed*, since the pre-order payments will go to the casting company. Please, keep this in mind before commiting to buy the doll.

*All payments done are NOT refundable, except when the order is canceled due to not reaching the minimum of 10 dolls the factory requires for the casting. In that case, the money will be refunded.

Dolls will be shipped from three to four months after the preorder approximately.  Shipping date is subject to changes and they may be shipped earlier or later depending on a number of circumstances, so please be patient if anything changes. In any case, you will be informed throughout the process.

I will personally review all the dolls as they come from the factory, but if when you receive the doll you find any problem (any broken parts, wrong color, etc) you must contact me within the next 2 working days after receiving the package.
